Apple Music Heading Towards More Than Music?

Apple Music is reportedly working on a original series thats 30 minutes/ six episode series that Dr. Dre will be starring in. It will be called Vital Signs. Is Apple Music heading towards more than music with creating shows? Maybe movies next? Is Apple Music following in the footsteps of Netflix giant? It would be a smart move. Netflix best move was to make its own original content. Netflix pulled a Sun Tzu on HBO and all the other movie studios that were holding the rights to popular shows and movies. Netflix was tired of negotiating the rights to show popular tv shows/movies on their streaming network. Netflix told the studios to fuck themselves and started to create their own content. Netflix blind sided the studio companies and the studio companies didn’t know at the time, but they created a monster -a monster that will be running the entertainment industry. Netflix now has a variety of original series and content and continues to pump out even more for their subscribers. They have series coming out that have people excited for. Netflix doesn’t have to rely on movie studios for their content anymore. Will Apple Music follow in the streaming giant’s footsteps? I hope so -that means better content for all.
