Which browser is the most popular web browser? Is it Internet Explorer? Firefox? Safari? Opera? Chrome? These are some of the web browsers that are available today. Internet Explorer was killed off by Firefox. Firefox was used widely and was the go to browser for many years until Chrome came along and pushed its campaign to become the number #1 web browser today. Safari and Opera? Safari is used as the default browser for apple users. Opera? I don’t know who uses Opera, it is also a dying breed similar to IE. Lady Gaga and Videos of testing the speed of Chrome were seen by millions -Chrome became increasingly known. Although there was a lot of marketing for the Chrome browser, the actual browser itself was impressive -fastest browser ever it seemed like. Chrome was light and easy/simple to use. The biggest advantage that Chrome had was its boot time. I remember installing Chrome long ago and was impressed by its boot time -you just clicked on the chrome browser icon and bam! instantly opens to the web. Other web browsers took a little while to load, but I noticed Chrome a bit faster on boot time. The campaign has paid off and Chrome takes the crown as the king of the web browsers.
